Questions About Our Beach Rentals?

  • How does it work?

    Choose what you need from our selection of products, provide the dates of your trip and other requested information, and we'll do the rest. We will set up your tent, and leave your other items under your house. We pick everything up the morning of your checkout date.

  • Where do you offer your products?

    Availability and prices are for the Fort Morgan area only unless otherwise noted. If you are looking for rentals in central Gulf Shores or the West Beach area, please call for information.

    We do not provide service to the following areas (as they have their own beach services):

    • The Plantation
    • The Beach Club
    • The Martinique

  • What is the cancellation/refund policy?

    Cancellations within 7-days of reservation will not be eligible for refund. We do not offer refunds due to weather.

  • When will my items arrive?

    Advanced orders will be delivered on your day of arrival, and guaranteed by 10am the following day. Same-day orders placed after 1pm will be delivered before 10am the following day. In the event of weather, deliveries may be delayed!

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    No! We offer FREE delivery and setup!

  • How long is my rental period?

    When you book online, you have the option to select a 3-7 day rental period.

  • What if I need an item that you don't have listed?

    Give us a call! We still might be able to help.

  • How will I know which beach chairs, tents, or umbrellas are mine?

    Your tent will have a fluorescent piece of tape on the cross bar with your last name written on it. Chairs, umbrellas, and other items will be delivered under your house.

  • What do I do with my tent if there is a storm, or the water is rising?

    If you are experiencing strong winds or a storm, and your tent is at risk, please call us so we can take it down ASAP. If the water is rising, and you need your tent moved to a higher area, give us a call.

  • *For Guests of Kiva Dunes, The Dunes, or The Indies

    We provide on-site service to guests of Kiva Dunes, The Dunes, and The Indies. Find the link to your condo below to view rental items and pricing. Then call to reserve your items!

    Orders can be picked up on the beach, from the beach attendant, between 8am-5pm.

  • *For Morgantown Guests

    We cannot provide tents to the Morgantown area. However, all other rental items are available.

  • Please note that guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment.
